Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Rod Anchor out the door as quickly as possible so you can get back to fishing.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates — Australia

  • Standard shipping: $15 (orders under $200)
  • Express shipping: $20
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $200

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping Rates — New Zealand
We currently ship to New Zealand at a flat rate, calculated at checkout. Delivery times and rates may vary — please check your exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your order.

Delivery
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch. New Zealand delivery times will generally be longer due to international transit.

Tracking
